She is survived by: her sisters, Brenda Gibson (Keith) and Linda Gilliam (Gary); her nieces and nephews, Jonathan Gilliam, John Keith Gibson (Melissa), Sarah Gibson and Katie Gibson Hagood (Adam); her great-niece Charlotte Reece Gibson; her friend Elsie Begley; and her sons, Richard, David and Dewayne Begley.
