She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas Nelson and Louise Candler Nelson; and her siblings, David, Johnny Nelson and Patrica Parton.
She is survived by: her husband Lance M. Arnold; her sons, Charles Delaney of Plant City, FL. and Kevin Wayne; her grandchildren, Katherine, Andrew, Matthew, Rachel and Cole Arnold; her sisters-in-law, Janie Lafollette (Jim), Kathy Arnold, Peggy Waters (Russ) and Margie Nelson; and her nieces, Donna Holt and Jennifer LaFollette.
Sarah loved her flowers with 80 plus in her home, so in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the McPheeters Bend Community Cemetery, c/o Curtis Drinnon, 129 River Road, Church Hill, TN 37642.
