We are sad to announce that on March 11, 2020, Sandra Underwood Wilmer (Church Hill, Tennessee), born in Kingsport, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Underwood Fain and Loffiete Underwood; her stepfather Charles Fain; and her siblings, Lillian Leeper, Bonney Jean Abbott, Barney Underwood and Reggie Underwood.

She is survived by: her children, Shonta Dixon Bell, Sonya Jarrett and Lawrence Wilmer; her grandchildren, Jeremiah Jarrett, Curtesea Dixon, Cornell Dixon, Carlton Dixon, Evan Wilmer, Cory Dixon and Raven Bell; and her close friends, Jack Watkins and Candy Smith. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
