He is survived by: his mother Frieda Bellamy; his wife Margaret Bellamy; his sons, Chad Bellamy (Kristy) and Joshua Bellamy (Candice); his grandchildren, Angel, Annie, Alexis and Coleton; his great grandchild Lorelai Rae; and his siblings, Randall Bellamy (Debbie), Terry Bellamy (Teresa), George Bellamy (Betty), Jake Bellamy (Vickie) and Donna Easley (Robert). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
