It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Ann Fletcher of Church Hill, Tennessee, who passed away on October 23, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John C. Fletcher (Clayton); her parents, Taylor Vance and Blanche Vance; her parents-in-law, Dave and Maggie Ruth Fletcher; and her brother Gilbert Vance.

She is survived by: her sons, Keith Fletcher and Greg Fletcher; her brother-in-law Gale Fletcher; and her close friend Yoda. She is also survived by five grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren.

Her request was that memorial donations be made to Fletcher Cemetery, Nancy Fletcher, PO Box 733, Kingsport, TN. 37662.

“In loving memory of Phyllis Ann Fletcher, Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. I worked with Phyllis at Church Hill Health care for many years. She was the dietary supervisory in the kitchen. She really took care of the residents. Phyllis loved the residents and they loved her. She made a lot of grilled cheese sandwiches for me when I had to work over which she didn't have to do. She was one great lady that loved helping people.”
