It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Percy E. Wininger of Church Hill, Tennessee, who passed away on March 18, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father William Tom. He is survived by: his wife Jo; his children, Sue Wolfe (Gary) and John Wininger; and his grandchildren, Merrick Wininger (Jerica), Greta Hyder and Ryan Wolfe (Rose). He is also survived by five great grandchildren and several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
