He is survived by: his wife Mitzi Fortner; his siblings, Blaine Fortner (Monica), Gary Fortner (Amy), James Robert "Robbie" Fortner and Melissa Semones (Chris); his aunts, Brenda Fortner Roberson and Shelby Fortner Dehart; and his uncle Steve Fitzgerald. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
