He was predeceased by: his wife Jayne Galloway; and his father John E. Galloway (Pete). He is survived by: his daughter Brittany Worley (Bert); his mother Roberta Galloway; and his granddaughters, Anna and Emily Worley (Karen Tipton).
The family has asked that all attendees wear a mask and practice social distancing.
