It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjorie Brown (Yates) Lumpkins (Church Hill, Tennessee), born in Manchester, Tennessee, who passed away on May 2, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William Claude Lumpkins; her parents, John Comer Yates and Hester Elizabeth Brown Yates; her son William Howard Lumpkins; and her siblings, Freeman Yates of Johnnie Yates, J. P, Rufus Yates, Hughie Yates, Ruby Wilson, Robbie McBride, Zada Corn, Elizabeth Taylor and Bonnie Pearl Griswold.
She is survived by: her children, Eddy Lumpkins (Patricia), Tim Lumpkins (Shelia), Bonnie Christian (Alan) and Randy Lumpkins (Kris); her grandchildren, Todd Lumpkins (Liz), Christie Lumpkins Gott (Martin), Andrew Christian (Meagan), Rachel Lumpkins Davidson (Josh), Wade Lumpkins (Kayla) and Chad Lumpkins; and her great grandchildren, Presli Gott, Macy Lumpkins, Laci Gott, Madison Christian, Lizzie Davidson, Aubrey Davidson and Asa Grant Lumpkins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
