He is survived by: his wife Shelly Green; his children, Jamie Rubino (Darrell), ArieAlla Estes "Boo Boo", Kaylee Green (Dylan), Jaclyn Green (Zach), Joshua Bradshaw (Jacqueline), Christopher Bradshaw and Aaron Bradshaw (Kendra); his siblings, John Bradshaw, Stacy Ann Jones and Vicki Jones; and his grandchildren, Abigail Bradshaw, Atlee Bradshaw and Aliyah Green. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
