He was predeceased by: his parents, Guadalupe Chapa and Adela Chapa. He is survived by: his wife Yolanda Chapa; his children, Cindy Ballew (Gary) and Anthony Chapa; his granddaughters, Krisaley, Lexie, Ashlee, Kaylee, Victoria, Emalee, Allison and Maddison; his great grandchild Ava; and his siblings, Stella, Dora, Irean, Roland, Robert, Rene, Richard and Mario.
