He is survived by: his wife Shelby Kern; his sons, Keith Kern (Rebecca) and Anthony Kern; his granddaughter Bridgett Danielle Kern; his sister Ruby; his half-sisters, Tammy Napier, Verna Kern and Joyce Henson; his brothers, Billy Kern (Rhonda) and Hagen Kern (Betty Ruth); and his half-brother Paul Kern. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
