She was predeceased by: her parents, Dave Henry Phillips and Lou Cordelia Collins; her granddaughter Katie Elizabeth Bellamy; and her siblings, Doris Ann Clark, George Edward Phillips and Emory Wayne Phillips.
She is survived by: her husband Dennis Glenn Bellamy; her sons, Timothy Glenn Bellamy (Brandy) and Isaac Scott Bellamy (Amber); her granddaughters, Taylor, Isabell and Kyra Bellamy; her sister Clara Evelyn Clark; her siblings-in-law, Dreama Hunter (Doug), Amy Thacker (Doug), Ryland Bellamy (Judy) and Rodney Smith; and her friend Linda Miller Pendleton. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews; a host of cousins.
