He is survived by: his wife Kay C. Guidry; his son Jay Guidry; his daughter-in-law Trish Guidry; his daughter Ginger McCowan; his son-in-law Randy McCowan; his nephew Chris Ryan (Jo Gallagher); his grandchildren, Nick Lewakowski, Brittany Guidry and Eric Guidry; and his great grandchild Ayla Hensley.
