He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Goins and Nannie Fields Goins. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Micales Goins; his children, Kathy Salyer (David) and Wayne Goins; his grandchildren, Casey Salyer (Lisa) and Kellye Cuthrell (Kenny); and his great grandchildren, Maddie, Ridge, Wyatt and Ruby Grace. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
