He is survived by: his granddaughter Jesperleigh; his wife Margaret Davis Ferrell; his children, Megan Mallory (Derrick) and Justin Carver; his grandchildren, Drakin and Bevyn Mallory; his siblings, Valerie Davis and Stanley Ferrell; his mother-in-law Shirley Davis; his brothers-in-law, Nick Davis (Barbara) and Mark Davis (Paula); his niece Ashley Williams (Ashley); his nephews, Andrew Davis and Travis Brooks; his great-niece Emma Davis; and his great-nephews, Ethan Davis and Gavin Overbay.
