She was predeceased by: her parents, Tank Mitchell and Helen Mitchell (Barton); her husband Robert Slemp; and her great grandchild Alisha Lee. She is survived by: her daughters, Patsy Lee (Bo) and Nancy Bowery; her grandchildren, Monica Shelton (Billy), Robbie Lee (Melanie), Kristie Thacker (Darrell) and Chad Lee (April); her great grandchildren, John, James, Hunter, Laken and Erica Lee; her great great grandchild Amelia; her sisters, Linda and Bobbie; and her niece Kathy. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
