We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2021, Etta Jean Fultz of Church Hill, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Fultz and Billie Jean Fultz; and her brothers, Jeffery "Fuzzy" Fultz and Greg "Red" Fultz. She is survived by: her son Dustin Hughes; her siblings, Robert Fultz, Ronnie Fultz, Kenny Fultz, Debbie Hilton and Kathy Fultz; her close friend Joe Dixon; and her nephew Michael "Bubba" Catron. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with the funeral expenses.
