He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Qualls and Mandy Qualls; his spouse Jean Qualls; and his brothers, Isaac Qualls and Lowell C. Qualls.
He is survived by: his siblings, Odas Qualls of Gate City, VA, Cline Qualls of Duffield, VA, Frank Qualls (Debbie) of Pittsburgh, OH and Phyllis Swayze (David) of Kingsport, TN; his daughters, Tammy Tiller (Gary) of Gate City, VA, Janice Sisk of Gate City, VA and Margaret Engle (Alfred) of Wise, VA; the mother of his children Rosa Lee Qualls of Duffield, VA; his stepdaughter Carol McKeithen (Rob) of Goodlettesville, TN; his grandchildren, Justin Carrico, Chris Bates, Matt Bates, Tyler Tiller, Shana Blevins, MaKenna Engle, John Sisk and Daniel Sisk; and his great grandchildren, Lesy Goode, Lexi Carrico, Nathaniel Blevins, Dylan Blevins, Ava Bates, Noah Bates, Gannon Bates and Kai Bates.
