He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Mann and Violet Mann (Horton); his wife Connie Mann (Thomas); his son Charles Steven "Steve" Brown; and his brother Jim Mann.
He is survived by: his son Micheal Brown (Tracy); his grandchildren, Jessie Dockery (Brandon), Dakota Brown (Kyli), Dillon Turnmire and Sarah Turnmire; and his close friends, Dennis Dewald and Doug Dewald. He is also survived by several greatgrandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Johnson - Arrowood Funeral Home (320 Grandview St, Church Hill, TN 37642).
