She was predeceased by: her parents, Horrie Mullins and Mary Belle Tate Mullins; and her siblings, Lorene Snapp, Freda Mullins, Carolyn Leftwich, Walter, Emory and Wayne Mullins.

She is survived by: her sons, Billy (Beverly) of Fall Branch, Dana (Lee) of Loudon, TN, Kevin (Beverly) and Cohutta; her grandchildren, Cody, Hayden, Benjamin Cleek and Megan Wigginton; her great grandchildren, Kinsley, Carter and Karsyn Cleek; and her siblings, Letha Mullins of Kingsport, June Begley of Kingsport and Gene Mullins (Debra) of Seattle, WA.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
