He is survived by: his wife Lois "Gaye" Fultz; his children, Emma Fultz, Mason Fultz and Payton Salyer of Church Hill; his grandson Wendell Salyer; his father Mike Fultz (Gramz) of Church Hill; his grandmother Corina Barrett; his mother-in-law Carol Salyer of Church Hill; his siblings, Audrey Fultz of Clarksville, TN, Micheal Fultz (Audrey) of West, VA and David Fultz of Clarksville, TN; his uncle Ed; and also Sarah Clark (Allen) of Clarksville, TN.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and several aunts and uncles.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude's Children's research Hospital in Christopher's name.
