He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda Light; his parents, James Light and Mary Light; and his brothers-in-law, Jim Carter, Joe McCarroll, Don Flanigan and Toy Flanigan.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Lane (Jamey) and Susan Hall (B. H.); his grandchildren, Taylor Lane and Madison Aldridge; his sisters, Charlotte Carter and Linda McCarroll; and his brothers-in-law, Clark and Frank Flanigan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Johnson-Arrowood Funeral Home (320 Grandview St, Church Hill, TN 37642). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 10:45 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Church Hill Memory Gardens Church (208 Lane St, Church Hill, TN 37642).
