He was predeceased by: his wife Pat; his granddaughter Amber Yonts; and his parents, Carty Ray and Molly Ray. He is survived by: his daughters, Dianne Forbes (Robert Jennings) and Donna Housewright (Ricky); his grandchildren, Meghan Ennis (Hunter), Danielle Yonts, Dylan Forbes (Haley), Sydney Williams (Sam) and Hunter Housewright; and his great grandchildren, Jaliyah Yonts, Jaydah Yonts, Madelyn Ennis, Jariah Yonts, Harper Ennis, Boston Forbes and Weston Forbes. He is also survived by brother, sister and several nieces and nephews.
