She is survived by: her children, Shirley Chappell (Doug), Melanie Reynolds (Shannon) and Bryan Creasy (Sonda); her grandchildren, Travis Chappell (Amy), Shalyn Reynolds, Weston Creasy and Carcy Creasy; her great grandchildren, Levi, Ashlynn Chappell, Quentin Allen, Kullen Creasy, Kaz Creasy, Christian Collins (Andy) and Connor Minton (Kirsten); her great great grandchildren, Beau Henry Collins and Colt Collins; her sister Shirley Jarvis; her sister-in-law Betty Jane Russell; and her grandson-in-law Bryan Larkins. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and many dear friends.
