We are sad to announce that on April 23, 2020, at the age of 76, Betty Garland (Church Hill, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mitchell Salling and Loretta Elizabeth Salling; her husband John Garland; and her siblings, Kathleen, Anita, Carlee, Ethel, Bill and Tod.

She is survived by: her daughters, Traci Smith of Kingsport, TN and Tricia (Robert Thacker) of Kingsport, TN. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and special friends.

We respectfully ask that no flowers be sent.
