She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Ferguson and Cena Ferguson; and her daughters, Heather and Rebecca Russell. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Rube" Carter; her daughters, Brandi (Brian Turner) and Shiane Carter of Jearoldstown; her grandchildren, Corie Seckler, Corbian Seckler and Brylon Turner; her great grandchildren, Kaysen Seckler, Greysen Seckler and Brix Coleman; and her siblings, David Ferguson, John Ferguson and Donna Sanders. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
