He is survived by: his children, Cora Lee Black of Greeneville and Robert Parker (Jennifer) of Bulls Gap; his grandchildren, Jacob Kyle Parker, Breeanna Parker, Ethan Black and Bentley Black; his great grandchild Canon Parker; his sister Elmyra Hensley of Greene Co; and his niece Sandra Weems.
