He is survived by: his wife Betty McIntosh; his daughter Cindy; his son-in-law George Tvardy; his son Mike; his daughter-in-law Lindy McIntosh; his grandchildren, Savannah Tvardy, Caroline Tvardy, Maddie McIntosh and Jordan McIntosh; his siblings, Lawrence (Elizabeth McIntosh), Alton (Jannie McIntosh) and Joan Lowe; and his siblings-in-law, Raymond and Sue Self. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
