He was predeceased by: his parent William Robert "Bill". He is survived by: his parent Myrtle Luella Johnson Treadway; his wife Connie Sinks Treadway; his grandson John Thomas Sinks; his sister Belinda Treadway Taylor (Jim); his nephew Bill Campbell (Margaret); and his nieces, Melissa Davis (Michael) and Angela Shelton (Adam). He is also survived by several great nieces and great nephew, numerous cousins and close friends.
