He was predeceased by: his father Roy Humphrey. He is survived by: his wife Misty Humphrey; his children, Chassity, David McCurry and Dusty Humphrey (Sydney Taylor); his grandchildren, Kayleigh, Aria, Zander and Addison Murdock; his mother Jackie Humphrey Patterson; his sisters, Ginger Ball, Michele Fillers, Mindy (Squeaky Dooley) and Martha Renner; his niece Jessica Lamb; and his close friends, James Masters, Squeaky Dooley, Greg Fellers, JC Dunbar, Daryl Broyles, Buck Walters, Dusty Cravens and Sammy Henley. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
