He is survived by: his children, James (Karen Adkins), Joe (Cathy Adkins), Pete Adkins and Elizabeth Hyatt; his great grandchild Kaitlin; and his siblings, Margaret Bishop, Wanda Malone and Henry Adkins. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 1 great, great-grandchild.
