It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony Lee McIntosh of Chuckey, Tennessee, who passed away on September 6, 2021, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Brownlow, Mae McIntosh, Carl and Mary Ruth Saults. He is survived by: his parents, Alton McIntosh and Jannie McIntosh of Chuckey; and his siblings, Greeneville (Amy), Scott Lee, Woodbury and Tim (Lori McIntosh).
