He was predeceased by: his parents, Fletcher Calvin and Ida D. Haynes Pinkerton; his siblings, Charles E., James F. Pinkerton (Samella), Fred K. Pinkerton (Jean), Laura Lorrelle Williams (George), Bishop Minnie Bradley (Clarence) and Ida Belle Brown (Robert); and his sister-in-law Louise Pinkerton.
He is survived by: his siblings, Robert T. Pinkerton and June A. Beard Jr. (Glenn); his sister-in-law Bertha Pinkerton; his niece Tina Dailey; and his nephew Michael Pinkerton. He is also survived by cousins, great-nieces and great-nephews, friends.
