He is survived by: his wife Reba Fields of Chestnut Mound, TN.; his children, Patricia Lynch (Tim) of Elmwood, TN and Elvis Fields of Chestnut Mound, TN.; his grandchildren, Brandon Heady (Laura) of Baxter, TN, Shane Heady (Brittany) of Elmwood, TN, Brian Heady (Lillie), Brittany Silcox (Dustin) of Chestnut Mound, TN, Andrew Fields (Tina) of Chestnut Mound, TN and Jacob Fields of Chestnut Mound, TN.; and his siblings, Sue Mayberry of Buffalo Valley, TN, Charles Fields (Deborah) of Chestnut Mound, TN and Bro.
