It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leon Barnes (Chestnut Mound, Tennessee), born in Lebanon, Tennessee, who passed away on May 8, 2018, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Dillard Barnes; and his siblings, Ruby Barnes and Kenneth Barnes. He is survived by: his parent Mary Frances Butner; his spouse Joyce Harville; his daughter Angie Hunter (Shannon) of Maggart, TN.; his grandchildren, Lucus Hunter and Amberlenn Hunter; his stepgrandson Cody Payne; his sister-in-law Allie Farley of Chestnut Mound, TN.; and his siblings, Jane, Ann, Eunice, Dillard Ray, Bobby Joe and Billy.
In lieu of flowers, the Barnes Family requests memorials be made to the American Heart Association.
