She is survived by: her son Jackie Randall Bush (Donna) of Chestnut Mound, TN.; her grandchildren, Brandy Phillips (Clint) of Chestnut Mound, TN and Shane Dillard (Rachel) of Lebanon, TN.; her great grandchildren, Megan Adsmond and Kymberly Phillips; and her siblings, Hilda Bailey of Indiana and John King Lambert (Jane) of Putnam County, TN..
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the American Cancer Society.
