She is survived by: her cousin Kolby; her parents, Terence Jackson and Candace Shahan; her siblings, Hailey Shahan and Kolby Silvers; her grandparents, Rodney Cartwright (Terrie), Scotty Ash (Melissa) and Steve Jackson (Zina); her great-grandparents, William Stevens (Nancy), Myrtle Hayes and Christine Cartwright; and her uncles, Dereke Silvers (Lauren), Eric Cartwright (Wendy), Matt Ash, Amy Ash and Calearetta Hayes.
The family has requested in Zoey's memory for donations to be made to: St. Jude Children's Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place Memphis, TN 38105.
