With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wilma Fowler (Chattanooga, Tennessee), born in Union City, Tennessee, who passed away on November 7, 2018 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Ratliff and Louise Ratliff; her brother Robert Ratliff (Bobby); her brother-in-law Harold Coday; and her son-in-law Todd Royval.
She is survived by: her children, Roger Fowler, Jr. and Rebecca Royval; her daughter-in-law Molly Fowler; her grandchildren, Clay Royval, Jacob Royval, Connor Fowler, Evan Rehyansky and Ella Rehyansky; her sister Linda Coday; and her sister-in-law Charlotte Ratliff. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
