He is survived by: his parents, Will Erskin Mitchell and Dora Acklin Mitchell; his daughters, Thesseleaner Roberts (Maxwell), Edna Mitchell and Julia Taylor; his grandchildren, Renatta Fleming, Valecia Murphy (Alvin), Bryant Taylor (Velma), Jameel Abdullah (Christy) and Kayla Mitchell; and his daughter-in-law Sherri Mitchell of Lawrenceville, GA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
