He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Ragland (Charles) of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Roxanna Edwards of Chattanooga, Tennessee and Rachel Pennington (Loney) of Chattanooga, Tennessee; his daughter-in-law Roberta Edwards; his grandchildren, Dr. Vanessa Edwards, Anthony Ragland, Charlene Ragland, Dominique Pennington and Catherine Edwards-Craw; his grandson-in-law Fredrick Norman, Sr.; his great grandchildren, Makayla Ragland, Fredrick Norman, Jr. and Marcus Lewis, Jr.; his sister Celie Bloodsaw of Chattanooga, TN; his cousin Loreen Edwards; and his close friends, Annie Sanders, Rufus Albritten, Eddie Yancey, Jr., Lee Westmoreland and James Moreland. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other friends.
