He is survived by: his sons, Edrick Jackson (Charlette) and James Hawkins (Deborah); his siblings, Phillip Maddox (Betty), Gloria Maddox, Robert Maddox (Cheryl) and Betty Maddox Battle (Terry); his godsons, Johnny and Michael Hines; and his close friends, Ron Brewer and Robert King. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
