He is survived by: his parents, James Willson Jr. and Jaque Willson; his children, William, Jaquenette Willson and Nicole Willson; his grandchildren, Bo Duke Willson and McKenna Willson; and his siblings, Theresa Willson Herrera (Carlos), James Willson III and Wendy Willson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
