It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William James Tonkin (Chattanooga, Tennessee), who passed away on May 17, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Tonkin and Rubye Tonkin; and his sister-in-law Elena Tonkin. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Tonkin; his children, Brian Tonkin (Martha) and Laura Allen; his stepdaughter Christy Houston (Scott); and his siblings, Kay Lacey (John) and Bob Tonkin. He is also survived by Two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
