He is survived by: his children, Julia Thiel of Soddy Daisy and Bill Rayburn (Donna) of Nashville; his siblings, Peggy Loveless of Chattanooga and Mike Trotter of Chattanooga; and his granddaughter Julia Taylor Rayburn. He is also survived by friends, animals.
