We are sad to announce that on July 22, 2019, at the age of 79, William Kemmet Wood (Chattanooga, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Kemmet and Nellie G. Wood; and his brother James Edward Wood. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Stettler of Marietta; his daughter Janna Leigh Hixson (Charles Hixson); his grandchildren, Nellie, Meyer, Edie, Madeline, Eli, Jacob Moore, Kylee and Alex Hixson; his friend Bob G.; and also, Daniel, William and Adelaide White. He is also survived by children and fifteen grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers Bill requested that donations to be made to Affinity Hospice, Jasper, Georgia or the American Red Cross.
