He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo; his children, Chance McAfee and Niccole Kohlmann (Joseph); and his grandchildren, Jordan McAfee, Korbin and Aiden Kohlmann.
He fought hard against Parkinson's and other declining health issues as he did everything in life.
