It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Grady Shipley of Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on July 4, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Louise; and his siblings, Ben Shipley, Katherine Walker and Lorena. He is survived by: his children, Debbie Blake (Tommy) and Ted Shipley (Cindy); his brother Tom Shipley; his granddaughters, Carmen Hopkins (Keith), Kassldy Lander (John) and Andrea Randall (Adam); and his great grandchildren, Cameryn, Kendall Griffin, Makenzie, Hailey, Tatum, Josie Lander, Aiden and Andrew Randall. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Sadie Keller Foundation Childhood Cancer Awareness, or Juvenile Diabetes Type 1 Research Foundation.
