It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Findley of Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on June 23, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William Findley to pay them a last tribute.
As William departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though William may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy William leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Findley and Millie Findley; and his sister Ernestine Bowden. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Ratliff; his sister Nita Draut of San Diego, CA; and his children, Jacki Sellmansberger (Bob) of Port St, Jennifer Sandberg (Jim) of Daleville, IN, Bill Findley (Cindy Abiko) of Honolulu, HI and Kandace Turner of Champaign, IL. He is also survived by six grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and two grand-dogs.
