He was predeceased by: his sons, David Anthony McArthur and Scott McArthur; his parents, Joe McArthur and Margaret McArthur; and his brothers, Horace Haston, Joe McArthur and Charles McArthur.
He is survived by: his wife Mary McArthur; and his grandsons, Josh McArthur and Justin McArthur.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Chattanooga Funeral Home-North Chapel (5401 TN-153, Hixson, TN 37343). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Chattanooga National Cemetery (1200 Bailey Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404).
